Fufu Yuanli Jiushi is a small bar in Taipei focused on indigenous cooking, located on Linsen North Road in the Zhongshan District. It serves pickled green chili with century egg, pickled green chili with songban pork, grilled fish, and stir-fried snail meat, along with draft beer and plum wine. The grilled fish takes time to prepare and cook, so it must be ordered in advance, and live performances are held on weekends. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the bar runs an unlimited highball event.
