Fushiding Shitang is a Japanese restaurant about a 10-minute walk from Gukbu Ginyeomgwan Station in Taipei. Sushi and hoe (raw fish) are the main dishes, and each type of fish can be ordered as hoe, grilled, or steamed. Hot barley tea is available for self-service, and the seafood miso soup contains fish and shellfish and can be refilled several times. The dining room is small with limited seating, so reservations are required.
