DoSake Bistro is a sake bar on the second floor of a building a one-minute walk from Exit Y17 of the Taipei Station underground mall, serving sake with Japanese-style snacks. The food includes raw oysters, mentaiko mayonnaise with sanma, menchikatsu made with beef and pork, and oden, and the staff pick sake to match your taste. Seating is around 18 to 20, so reservations are required, and the sake and food menus change weekly with a sake-guessing game also held. Portions of food are on the small side.
