Din Tai Fung is a restaurant on the B2 level of the Sogo Department Store connected to Zhongxiao Fuxing Station in Taipei, serving Taiwanese-style dim sum and xiaolongbao. It serves xiaolongbao, beef noodle soup, and fried pork ribs, and the xiaolongbao has thin skin that fits in one bite. It opens at 10 AM, and customers take a waiting number at the entrance, then check the menu or order via QR code. Even in the afternoon outside meal times, the wait runs 30 to 50 minutes.
