Dakuai Beef Noodles is a beef noodle shop in Taipei that many locals visit. Its hongshao beef noodles are not spicy despite the red color, and come with tender beef and chewy wide noodles. At 2 p.m. about three people were waiting, but entry was quick, and orders are placed by checking items on a paper form, with free refills of broth and noodles. There is no Korean or English menu, so ordering requires a translation app or photos.
