Central Market Stir-Fries

Zhongyang Shichang Xinsheng Seafood 100 is a street-stall-style restaurant in Taipei that serves seafood dishes and local anju. Dishes such as squid head with chive flowers and stir-fried vegetables are eaten with rice or as drinking snacks. Diners take alcohol and drinks from the refrigerator themselves, get rice and ice on a self-service basis, and can ask for a Korean menu. During meal times the hall is almost full and loud enough to make conversation difficult.
