Buttermilk

Buttermilk Modern American Restaurant is on the fifth floor of Amba Hotel in Ximen, Taipei, and serves modern American dishes. The menu includes three pieces of chicken, ribeye steak, and a cheeseburger, with beer alongside the meal. When the fifth-floor reservations are full, the first floor can be used, and orders can be placed in English. The fish and chips are a letdown because the batter is not crisp.
