Busan Restaurant

Busan Sundubu is a Korean restaurant near the entrance of Ximending Night Market in Taipei, serving sundubu jjigae and kimchi pancakes. The menu includes seafood sundubu, seafood and pork kimchi stew, kimchi pancake, and LA galbi, and the seafood sundubu contains squid. Orders are placed by scanning the QR code on the table, payment is made at the counter on the way out, and the side dishes are seaweed salad, kimchi, tteokbokki, and braised potatoes. The flavors are sweeter and richer than the Korean versions.
