A CUT Steakhouse serves steak and course meals on the second floor of the Taipei Guest House hotel. It offers 30-day dry-aged US Flannery ribeye and Japanese Kyushu wagyu tenderloin, with four salts and sauces served alongside the steak. Walnut European bread and croissants can be refilled once at no charge, and the elevator goes directly from the parking lot to the second floor. The dining space is small, so when it is full the conversation at the next table makes it loud.
