微風南山星空塔4樓 Fundamental

Fundamental is a buffet on the fourth floor of Breeze Nanshan Sky Tower in Taipei that serves seafood and cooked-to-order dishes. You order three sea bass preparations and unlimited red wine, while salads, desserts, and drinks come from the buffet bar. Window seats look out onto Taipei 101, and the raw vegetable salad is fresh. The selection of hot dishes and seafood is small, and empty plates are refilled slowly.
