Mingri Mianbao is a bakery in Xinyi District, Taipei City that bakes European-style bread. Its breads, including the stone-mill salt-flower baguette and Vienna bread, have a crisp exterior and a soft interior. Bread is made the same day and the shop is run by one person, so quantities are small and orders are placed in advance on Instagram. The bread comes out late in the day.
