Tò-uat Books x Cafe Philo

Tò-uat Books x Cafe Philo is an independent bookstore and cafe next to the Legislative Yuan in Taipei, selling books on Taiwan, human rights and social movements alongside coffee and drinks. It serves hand-drip coffee, Sicilian coffee, honey lemon and mint tea, with the Sicilian coffee accompanied by hand-picked lemon and homemade brown sugar. Philosophy events are held every Friday, along with lectures and sharing sessions on democratization. Seating has no time limit and includes Wi-Fi and power outlets.
