Single Origin espresso & roast is a specialty coffee cafe on the second floor of a barbershop across from Taipei Medical University in Taipei. After choosing beans, customers pick a brewing method from hand drip, espresso, latte, or nel drip, and the cafe mainly handles light roasts. Large windows look out onto the medical university and a park, seating fits up to about eight people, and house-roasted beans are sold as well. Operating days have at times been two per week, so checking the Instagram notice first is necessary.
