CHENG JI 101

Cheng Ji 101 is a cake shop in the food court of Taipei 101 in Xinyi District, Taipei, near a juice stall. It sells caramel cheesecake, which starts out cold like ice cream and takes on a cheesecake texture as it melts. A single slice is large, so it works for sharing among several people. The caramel flavor is strong, but the sweetness and richness build toward the end.
