MKCR / Mountain Kids Coffee Roaster 山小孩咖啡

MKCR is a small cafe between Taipei Main Station and Beimen Station, across from the North Gate, serving house-roasted coffee and cakes. It offers lattes, Ethiopian coffee, and hand drip, along with brown sugar latte, pudding, and strawberry cake. From the second-floor window seats, the North Gate and the post office building are visible, and coffee can be had at tables and wall-side seats. Seating is limited, so waits are possible on weekends, and the coffee's strong acidity is a matter of taste.
