Mini One

Mini One is a bakery in the B2 level of the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi A11 store in Xinyi District, Taipei, selling mini croissants and pastries. It offers original, chocolate, and mentaiko croissants along with cheesecake and canelés, and the chocolate croissant has a small, crisp exterior with a strong cocoa flavor. Lines remain long past 7 p.m., and items are weighed, packed, and then paid for. Even with three staff members helping each other at the register, packing and payment are slow, which makes the wait longer.
