Huyu is a cafe inside a residential building in Taipei, with two cats, and serves fried noodles, pasta, and souffle. The fried noodles come with a soft-boiled egg and are stir-fried with meat, bean sprouts, and cabbage, giving them a mild mala aroma and a doenjang taste. Visitors register at the entrance and then go up to the second floor, which has power outlets. The second floor requires very quiet behavior, so conversation is nearly impossible.
