柳隅茶舍 LiuYu Teahouse （Located in Underground Mall)

LiuYu Teahouse is a tea shop in the underground mall behind Longshan Temple in Taipei that serves a range of Taiwanese teas. Staff tell you which leaves to use and how long to steep them, and provide dried fruit on the side. Hot water is refilled as it runs out, so you can drink slowly for over an hour. The shop is spacious and quiet, the air conditioning works well, and tea and teaware are also for sale.
