Le Promenoir Coffee

4F Theater Cafe sits on the fourth floor of Zhongshan Hall in Taipei's Zhongzheng District, about 300 meters or a four-minute walk from Ximen Station. It serves coffee, cake, and thin pizza, including Basque cheesecake, Earl Grey milk tea, and hand-drip coffee, with retro sofa seating and no time limit. Each seat has a power outlet and Wi-Fi, and water and tissues are self-serve from the counter. On weekends the cafe does not take reservations and only accepts walk-ins, so seats fill quickly.
