Its signature items are ice cream that keeps the fruit peel intact, such as pineapple and dragon fruit, and milkshakes with fruit pieces blended in. The strawberry bingsu is flash-frozen, so it should be left for 5 to 10 minutes after it is served before eating, and the matcha latte can be ordered unsweetened, half-sweetened, or fully sweetened. On weekends, customers crowd in as soon as the doors open, creating a wait.
