紅玉滿赤心雞蛋糕

Hongyuman Chixin Jidangao is a stall on the fourth floor of Shin Kong Mitsukoshi A13 in Xinyi District, Taipei, next to the escalator. It bakes egg waffles in the shapes of dinosaurs, bears, hearts, and robots. The basic version comes out freshly baked with a crisp outside, a chewy inside, and a soft, holey texture. One person does the cooking, and orders are sometimes ready in about five minutes, while weekend waits can exceed 30 minutes.
