Irga Coffee

Irga Coffee is a coffee omakase cafe in the alleys of Yongkang Street in Taipei that serves only cold brew. You choose 3 of 10 beans, and each is served one at a time in a small iced shot glass in an optimal order. Over about 30 minutes, with pauses between cups, a barista explains the cup notes and how to drink each one. Only about two groups enter at a time and there are just five seats, so the space is small.
