He Mei Ice Cream Shop sells traditional Taiwanese ice cream in an alley in Yonghe, Taipei. Flavors include peanut, black sesame, matcha, taro, mango, passion fruit, and watermelon milk, and the sweetness is not strong. You can eat one or two scoops on site and take the rest in a box. Two long benches sit in the outdoor passage, and the shop is hard to find because it is deep in the alley.
