Xiao Chu is flying! is a cat cafe near Ximending in Taipei that serves brunch, drinks, and desserts. Guests pick a menu postcard at the entrance, order from it, and receive the dish pictured on the card, which they can keep. The first floor holds the order counter and kitchen, the second and third floors hold seating, and three cats live there; a service for sending a postcard to your future self is also available.
