Elsewhere Café is a forest-side café in Maokong, Taipei, serving noodles, cakes and drinks. It offers matcha mille-feuille cake, dry noodles, shaved ice and coffee, and pets are allowed inside. The interior holds many books and comics, the mountain view is visible during the day, and the music is not loud. Mosquitoes fly indoors as well.
