Artist's Ice Shop

Artist's Ice Shop is a dessert shop near Yongkang Park in Taipei that serves flower shaved ice and tea, including rose and sweet osmanthus. The rose shaved ice is made with three or four kinds of flower syrup poured around crushed ice, then mixed with syrup before eating. Every customer must order one menu item per person and is limited to 50 minutes, and conversation must be kept quiet. Seating is limited.
