An Shifu Binghuo Boluo is a bakery in the Raohe Street Night Market in Taipei's Songshan District. It sells freshly baked pineapple buns, with cheese and butter or taro ice cream as the main combinations. The buns are baked warm after ordering, crisp outside and moist inside, with a clear scent of freshly baked butter. The butter is thin, so the taste of the hot bun comes through more strongly.
