The canelés, the signature item, are crisp outside and moist inside, with flavors such as brown sugar mochi, Thai milk tea, and pistachio. Limited reservations open irregularly on Facebook and usually close within 30 minutes, and frozen canelés are thawed for 15 minutes before eating. On-site sales are rare, so buying on a desired day is difficult.
