Top9 X Tsubaki is a bar in Taipei that serves rare whiskies alongside izakaya snacks. The format is tasting several whiskies that are hard to find in Korea, paired with izakaya food. Bottles you have tried can be bought whole at Gapum Yangju, a one-minute walk away, if stock is available, and the bar collaborates with the Korean YouTuber Oh My Whiskey. Except for Kavalan, whisky pours are 10ml, which can feel small.
