Zhanan Taiwan Bistro sits near the entrance of Xiangshan. It serves spicy udon, stir-fried udon, and Taiwanese draft beer, and mixes cocktails to order. It works well for an ale after climbing and descending the Xiangshan stairs, and food comes out of an open kitchen. The cooking carries Taiwanese spice notes, and anyone who cannot eat cilantro needs to ask for it to be left out before ordering.
