So Tipsy is a bar in the Le Meridien complex in Xinyi District, Taipei, serving cocktails and drinks. It offers distinctive cocktails such as oolong tea liqueur, and during happy hour from 16:30 to 18:30, ordering one cocktail gets you another. Inside, orders are placed on a tablet and a minimum of two cocktails is required, with DJ music on Fridays and Saturdays. There was no follow-up response after the service inquiry.
