流霞

Liuxia is a bar in Taipei that sells red and white wine, champagne, and whisky. It also carries French beer and natural wine, and wine is available by the glass. It opens in the afternoon and is closed on Sundays. Small groups of up to eight people are accepted, and the owner recommends drinks.
