Mikkeller Bar Taipei is a bar near Dihua Street that serves about 20 kinds of Taiwanese and Mikkeller craft beer. It pours Mikkeller's own beers alongside Taiwanese brewery beers, and a sampler lets you try several at once. You order beer and snacks on the first floor, then sit at the bar seats or at tables on the second floor. Staff communicate well in English, so you can ask them for beer recommendations.
