Liowl is a bar in Taipei's Da'an District that serves classic and custom cocktails. Orders are placed by telling the bartender what you want to drink rather than by using a menu, and the Aperol Spritz comes with watermelon juice. It opens in the afternoon and a black cat is in the venue. The space is small.
