LE ROOM at MAD HOUSE

LE ROOM at MAD HOUSE is an experiential bar in Taipei that serves food and cocktails together. Its cocktails and small food pairings change theme with the seasons, and bartenders prepare them at a central station in view of the seats. Reservations are accepted online only, and the 7 p.m. session runs for two hours, presenting six to seven drinks and dishes in sequence with an explanation of each. The seats and tables are small, so it is cramped for long conversations.
