Bar Three Piece

Bar Three Piece is a Japanese-style classic cocktail bar in an alley next to the art museum in Xinyi District, Taipei. It adds local fruit to cocktails such as Matador, Seolgu, and Martini to balance the flavor and keep the finish clean. There is no sign, so you have to check the floor guide, and it stays open until 25:00. From the bar seats you can watch Japanese bartender Shirakawa make the cocktails.
