BAR 忠 Chu

BAR 忠 Chu is a Japanese-style fruit cocktail bar near Zhongshan Elementary School Station in Taipei. It mixes seasonal melon, peach, and grape with yuzu and passion fruit into vodka, gin, and rum, and the seasonal menu sometimes changes to Japanese-imported fruit. It is open Monday through Thursday from 14:00 to 22:00 and Friday and Saturday from 18:30 to 00:30, and entry requires the whole party to be present without a reservation and an order of one drink. Cocktails are priced higher than at typical bars.
