Bar 3code

Bar 3code is a Japanese-style bar in Taipei's Zhongshan District that serves cocktails, gin, and Suntory Premium Malt's beer. Many of the staff and customers are Japanese, so the room tends to run on Japanese conversation. Staff who speak Japanese are on hand, and basic English works too. Knowing a little Japanese makes it easier to talk with both the staff and the other customers.
