Kushi Suyu Main Branch is an izakaya near Suyu Station in Seoul that serves Japanese-style yakitori and chicken shabu-shabu. The kitchen grills seven kinds of yakitori, including chicken skewers and samgyeopsal (pork belly) skewers, over direct heat, and also prepares chicken shabu-shabu. Highballs can be chosen from several types, and yaki gyoza can be ordered as well. The shabu-shabu broth and the skewers are seasoned on the salty side overall.
