Samik Beach Town Apartment

Samik Beach Town Apartment is an apartment complex in Namcheon-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan, next to Gwangalli Beach. In spring a cherry blossom road and flower tunnel appear, and in autumn the leaves turn red, with views of the sea. It was approved and construction began in December 1978, and it consists of 33 buildings of 12 floors above ground, with 3,060 households. During cherry blossom season, vehicle movement is difficult because it is so crowded.
