Madeline is a cafe in Mangmi-dong, Busan, selling bread, coffee and cake. The bread is made with organic ingredients, has almost no flour smell, and sits light on the stomach. The bread selection changes each time, and unusual breads are made occasionally. It is closed on Sundays.
