Hayan Deungdae stands at the end of the breakwater in Millak-dong, Busan, across from Millak Waterside Park, facing Gwangandaegyo. The view takes in the sea and the harbor, with Gwangandaegyo directly ahead. A walking course passes the breakwater and the lighthouse along the way. On foggy days, Gwangandaegyo appears faint.
