Paletscent

Palecent is a cafe in Suwon, in front of Janganmun Gate at Hwaseong Fortress. It serves a salted caramel latte, brownies, and nunedine scones. The interior spans two floors, and more stairs lead up to a rooftop where Janganmun Gate is visible against the orange sky at sunset. There is no waiting list or KakaoTalk notice, so you wait standing.
