L'after coffee bar

Rafter Coffee Bar is a coffee bar in front of Janganmun Gate in Suwon. It makes tiramisu, patbingsu, and butter pudding in-house and serves drip coffee and beer. It stays open until 11 p.m., and the full-height windows and window seats look out onto Janganmun Gate and the Hwaseong fortress walls. Pets are allowed inside.
