Haenggung Dagwa

Hwangung Dagwa is a traditional snack cafe on the craft workshop street in Haenggung-dong, Suwon. It makes its own patbingsu, ssuktteok waffle, and omija sudan, and also sells tea and house-made cheong. A space for making these items is set up on one side, and staff explain the snacks. It sits on the second floor, so it is not easy to spot from outside, and apart from the window seats there is no particular view.
