Haenggung Bingsu

Haenggung Bingsu is a bingsu shop near Janganmun in Haenggung-dong, Suwon. It serves patbingsu made with Korean red beans and seasonal bingsu such as watermelon and mango, along with traditional tea and rice cakes. The rooftop seating looks out over the Hwaseong Haenggung fortress wall, and the popular patbingsu sometimes sells out. There is no parking lot, and a two-person serving of bingsu is on the small side.
