Hotteu Praha is a cafe in Suwon, near Suwon Hwaseong. It sells gulppang and coffee, and the plain one is baked to order. You order bread and drinks at the bakery on the first floor, then go up to the cafe on the second floor, where Suwon Hwaseong is visible from the window. The bread and coffee taste ordinary.
