Frank Cuffin Bar Suwon is a cafe on the second floor of Place Veca in Haenggung-dong. It serves many kinds of espresso and Candy Cob, a butter-scotch-style cream coffee. The wood-toned interior has jazz playing and a view of Paldalsan, and the seats are spaced wide apart. The shop has only one shared toilet, so it is hard to use on weekends.
