Ieum is a cafe in Buksu-dong, Suwon. It serves brown cheese croffles, brownies, and tomato basil scones, along with drinks made in-house. Indoor seating is limited to one hour, while seats in the outdoor yard have no time limit. The brown cheese croffle has a strong cheese flavor and can taste too sweet.
