Chuplus is a cafe in Haenggung-dong, Suwon, selling glutinous rice churros and ice cream. The original churros are fried to order, crisp outside and chewy inside, and are eaten with ice cream. Takeout orders are available, and the corn flavor takes about 10 minutes to fry. The open outdoor counter and closely packed seating make the inside of the shop cold.
